I totally agree with you.
There were much decomposed vegetation in the water.
And what was even worse, the water was deadly calm.
I had some very short hits of fish.
And so I changed the rod-angle.
When I had some short hits of fish, I always use a high rod-angle.
I really needed a very silky retrieving.
Using a high rod-angle, it's not happy for the line to rub against the line-guide ring for catching Barramundi.
SHIMANO SUSTAIN & T-CURVE did work for a very silky retrieving.
