Top water lures will be fun in this coming season!

I hooked a monster fish with a HALCO Roosta Popper last Sunday.
Unfortunately, I couldn't keep hooking her.

Normally, the flat surface of the sea is not good for catching a barramundi on our shallows.
However, some nice sized barramundis  will drop in on our shallows with a flat surface of the sea when they come our way if the conditions are in a strong water current or water quality without good visibility.

Those situations rarely appear.
They themselves rarely appear.
Therefore, I don't want to throw away a golden opportunity.

General technical discussion as follows,

Poppers need pauses in its retrieving or not?

REBEL POP-R needed pauses.

On the other hand, pencile-bait lures don't need a pause in its retrieving or not?

LUCKY CRAFT SAMMY 115 didn't need pauses.

LUCKY CRAFT SAMMY 115 didn't need pauses.
