Wednesday night Barramundi #782 SAWAMURA One'up SHAD

I went fishing to the sandy shallow point after dinner.
No moon light.
Slightly wavy! (Very nice!)

First, I used a green (chartreuse) floating minnow with twitching actions.
But barramundi wouldn't take it tonight.
Second, I cast a green (chartreuse) soft plastic bait shad.
I retrieved it steadily.

Saturday and Sunday Very tough condition Rockcod #290-#291

The tides were not good on Saturday and Sunday.
The surface of the sea was flat.

Small barramundis touched my lures but didn't take them.
Only rockcods spent their time with my fishing.

Friday night Barramundi #772 SAWAMURA One'up SHAD

I received many e-mails that they wanted to know the best tide for catching barramundis.

I caught a 52cm barramundi just after the highest tide on Monday night.

I caught a 62cm barramundi just after the highest tide on Tuesday night.

And

I caught this barramundi at the low tide tonight. 

The best tide shifts with the best fishing point every hour.

My first choice of lure was SAWAMURA One'up SHAD tonight.
Chartreuse was very effective for searching a barramundi in the dark in colour.

Tuesday night 62cm Urban Barramundi #771 SAWAMURA One'up shad

The tides were very good.
I waited for the highest tide tonight at home.
I started fishing around 9:00pm.
It took 10minutes from my residence to this point by my scooter.

No one was there.
Very dark!
I cast One'up shad.
Five seconds later, this 62cm barramundi took One'up shad by force.

Chartreuse is a grow colour.
Using a chartreuse, it's very effective for the 1st catch.
But it will scare barramundis if you use it without the rotation of lures.

Monday night 56cm Barramundi #770 SAWAMURA One'up SHAD

The tides were very good today.
The water was very clear.
The surface of the sea was slightly wavy.
The condition was very good for catching a barramundi tonight.

One'up shad was a very good swimmer.

By the way, I saw SHIMANO SCORPION 1500XT in the show case at FISHING and OUTDOOR WORLD today.
All bearings of SCORPION 1500XT are S-ARB and ARB.
It's very good for the salt water environment.
