I learned a Texas rig from the super fisho, Stewie Martin.
I made my own Texas rig this morning.
I went fishing near my place.

It looked as if a mullet had been eating microscopic plants on the rock.
I coulld produce a naturally nice motion on my soft plastic swim bait.

Catfish 22 Z-MAN Minnow Z Rainy Season

It's a very fine day.
I overslept and was late getting to the the shore.
I saw Sam and Stephen there.
They caught some small Barramundi.
They said there were so many Box Jelly Fish on the shallow water.
I gave up fishing there today.

I went to the other point.
The water was very clear.
But the water was only 20cm-30cm deep.
I tried to match the lure colour to the colour of the hard bottom there.

I wanted to catch some flathead, but...

The 69cm barra was caught in the Harbour with a white z-man popping frog just on dusk
The 75cm barra was caught in Manton Dam on a Z-Man Hard leg frog in leopard colour
The remaining barra was caught on a Green z-man hard leg frog fishing with a fast nonstop retrieve style.
