Very yummy Trevally's sashimi in Salsa
I pited this fish.

This fish was bleeding so much when I landed him.
I pitted him.
That's the reason why I killed him while feeling sorry.




 I wanted to repay his death.
Salsa is a good way to eat small trevally.




Trevally's raw slices




Salt (2), Sugar (1), Black pepper, Basil and Rosemary




These above seasonings may be sprinkled on top.
Cool these slices in the refrigerator for an hour.




Remove these slices from the refrigerator, and then should be washed quickly and dried quickly.




White wine (1) and Wine vinegar (2)




Pickle these slices in a plastic bag for 15 - 30 minutes.



Salsa

Tomato, Green capsicum, Onion and Garlic should be chopped.
Lemon should be sliced.
Salt, Tabasco.




Extra virgin olive oil
