Even under the stable water temperature, good-size Barramundis had gone to the deep water. Only small Barramundis left on the shallow water.
Those small Barramundis hid themselves behind a rock.
It's a Barramundi House.

I repeated casting SQUIDGY FISH to Barramundi House over and over.
