BBQ Barramundi
Winter Season




70cm Winter season's Barramundi was caught by Hiro Barramundi.
Then I gave the fish to my good friends because I deeply appreciated their kindness.

Then,

My good friends, Yumi & Simon sent very nice pictures to me.

150 - 200℃
2 hours
Butter, Olive oil, Salt & Pepper, Orange and Herbs.






I've never seen such a nicely attractive BBQ of Barramundi.
I heard that it tasted of the very best Barramundi.
