Suspend minnow
When there weren't many rocks under the water, if not too shallow, a suspend minnow should be very effective against any estuary fishes.●I saw that some beginners twitched a suspend minnow too much.
Especially a deep diver minnow, I sometimes had a very long pause after twitching.
Probably you would be surprised at my 10 seconds-pause.
